Many agencies cannot rely on the validity of information produced from their agency management system because the underlying data is either non-existent or inaccurate. We can help by providing accounting procedures or support on an hourly or retainer basis.

Automation Management

Regardless what management system your agency uses, it should be able to support your people and your business plan. Most agencies use only a small fraction of the system’s capability and fail to recognize the value of their database. We can help you clean up the data, often in preparation for a system change, and start off with a clean slate.

Comprehensive E&O Audits

Perhaps your E&O carrier offers a credit if you undergo a voluntary audit or you have had E&O claims or “near misses” in the past. We are approved auditors for several of the largest E&O carriers in the country and can review your operations remotely or in person to make risk control recommendations, including a review of your website.

Agency Valuation

Perhaps you are considering an internal sale of your agency or you simply want to know what the asset is worth. We can provide you with a fair market valuation without setting foot in your office – assuming you can provide all of the information needed for us to do so.
